Adele can no longer hide her excitement to attend her first hosting gig through “Saturday Night Live.”

Saturday Night Live is having a comeback blast as they hailed Adele as their next host this week.

According to Adele herself, she will be the host for the upcoming Oct. 24 episode of SNL. She further said that H.E.R. would appear with her as the musical guest.

“Bloooooody hellllll I’m so excited about this!! And also absolutely terrified! My first-ever hosting gig and for SNL of all things!!!!” she exclaimed. “I’ve always wanted to do it as a stand alone moment, so that I could roll up my sleeves and fully throw myself into it, but the time has never been right.”

Before this year’s hosting gig, she already appeared on SNL as their musical guest on two different events.

She graced the show during the eve of the presidential election back in 2008. Meanwhile, she marked her second visit five years ago.

Bloooooody hellllll I’m so excited about this!! And also absolutely terrified! My first ever hosting gig and for SNL of all things!!!! I’ve always wanted to do it as a stand alone moment, so that I could roll up my sleeves and fully throw myself into it, but the time has never been right. But if there was ever a time for any of us to jump head first into the deep end with our eyes closed and hope for the best it’s 2020 right? Itll be almost 12 years to the day that I first appeared on the show, during an election…which went on to break my career in America, so it feels full circle and I just couldn’t possibly say no! I am besides myself that H.E.R will be the musical guest!! I love her SO much I can’t wait to melt into a flaming hot mess when she performs, then confuse myself while I laugh my arse off in between it all. See you next week ♥️🤞🏻

More of Adele’s milestones

Apart from landing a spot on the award-winning show, she already took the spotlight on multiple occasions.

In November 2015, she released her third album.

Two years later, she brought home two awards from the 59th Annual Grammy Awards. The awards included Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album.

Her hit song “Hello” also brought credits by garnering Record of the Year, Best Pop Solo Performance, and Song of the Year.

Adele’s comeback album

Finally, it seems like Adele also secured a date for her comeback album.

Soon after she announced her appearance on SNL, she seemingly hinted that she would also be releasing her newest album on Oct. 30.

It is the nearest Friday yet since Sony and Columbia reserved Oct. 23 for Bruce Springsteen’s newest piece Letter to You. It is worth noting that the companies only release one surprise at a time.

If it comes out during Halloween, the singer would definitely earn more this time. In the past few years, those artists who sell their CDs between November and the holiday season sold several millions of albums.

In addition, it is a perfect time for her to promote it since she will attend the American Music Awards on Nov. 22.

Adele’s return both on stage and in the music industry has been long-awaited by fans. After waiting for so long, they will finally see the singer perform again as she flaunts her new look.
