Adele shocked her fans when she shared a photo of herself looking as slender as ever last month.
According to reports, the award-winning singer lost 100 pounds. And Woman UK claimed that Adele wouldn’t have achieved her shocking transformation if not for Cameron Diaz, Ayda Field, and Lady Gaga. However, the three celebrities didn’t literally help Adele lose weight. Rather, the trio, allegedly, had connections to the people that helped the singer out.
Who guided Adele on her weight loss journey?
Lady Gaga, reportedly, introduced Adele to Los Angeles-based trainer Harley Pasternak, whose clients are Kim Kardashian and Rihanna. Following the introduction, Adele has, allegedly, been getting tips from Pasternak.
Personal trainer Camila Goodis reportedly met the “Set Fire to the Rain” singer when the singer visited Robbie Williams and Field’s home. While there, Goodis, allegedly, had the opportunity to train Adele.
“I trained Ayda and they are good friends, so I did Adele when she was in Robbie’s house. I don’t believe she liked exercise much, but she has changed her lifestyle and I believe that 90 percent [of the weight loss] was dieting,” Goodis said, as per Woman UK.
Did Cameron Diaz recommend her chef to Adele?
Diaz, allegedly, helped the singer with her diet by recommending chef Jason Harley to the singer. Diaz, allegedly, doesn’t like to cook so she relies on Harley to prepare her meals for her.
According to the tabloid, Adele also followed the Sirtfood Diet, which includes three green juices and one meal a day for three days in a week. And the other four days in the week allows the consumption of a total of 1,200 calories.
Singer focuses on self-love
Before her surprise transformation, she hinted at her plans to focus on herself following her 31st birthday last year.
“I’ve changed drastically in the last couple years and I’m still changing and that’s okay. 31 is going to be a big ol’ year and I’m going to spend it all on myself. For the first time in a decade, I’m ready to feel the world around me and look up for once. Be kind to yourself, people we’re only human, go slow, put your phone down, and laugh out loud at every opportunity. Learning to REALLY truly love yourself is it, and I’ve only just realized that that is more than enough,” Adele posted on Instagram.
A year later, Adele debuted her new look on her Instagram account to commemorate her 32nd birthday.
