Peter Fabiano, the Resident Evil producer, has left Capcom after working for 13 years at the company. He will be joining Bungie next.
Fabiano, who, apart from being a producer for Resident Evil titles, also founded Global Production at Capcom, announced his exit on Twitter.
What’s next for the ‘Resident Evil’ producer?
While informing about his departure, Fabiano mentioned that his tenure at Capcom was remarkable.
“Hard to write this best, so I’ve decided to keep it simple: Thank you, everyone, at Capcom for allowing me to grow together with you over the past 13 years,” he wrote.
“I’m thankful and will cherish the experience forever.”
Moreover, he added that he’s already moved to Bungie, his new place. He’s working with “great people” while continuing his journey.
Bungie is the developer of Destiny, where the former Resident Evil producer has taken up the role of production department manager.
Well, he didn’t say much regarding the new project he’s working on. But he did mention ‘Guardians’ in his tweet. It implies that it’s got something to do with Destiny 2, for sure, which is a sci-fi shooter.
Talking about the Resident Evil series, then this year’s release, Village, has become a cult hit already. In case you missed it, the character of Lady Dimitrescu just received huge recognition as far as gaming cosplays are concerned.
Recently, the vampire lady was cosplayed by her face model Helena Mankowsa.
However, it’s not the first that a face model has cosplayed his/her gaming character. Previously, Jocelyn Mettler, who provided the face for Abby in The Last of Us 2, also did a photoshoot of herself sporting a muscle suit.
