AirTags are small trackers that are equipped with Bluetooth and are designed to attach to lost items. Meanwhile, the AirPods Studio has high-end over-ear headphones with noise cancellation and a transparency mode.
Apple’s “Hi, Speed” event is set to be held on Tuesday, Oct. 13. The online event will start at 10 a.m. PT, 1 p.m. ET, 6 p.m. BST, and 4 a.m. AEDT on Oct. 14.
October’s event is expected to be much more exciting compared to Apple’s September setting. The tech giant is expected to unveil its much-anticipated iPhone 12 lineup.
Aside from that, other long-awaited accessories such as the AirTags and AirPods Studio are possible to launch. You’ll be able to stream Apple’s event straight from the company’s website.
AirPods Studio and AirTags
AirTags are small trackers that are equipped with Bluetooth. They are designed to attach to essential but easily lost items like wallets, cameras, keys, and the like.
News about AirTags has been leaking since the release of iOS 13. However, we’re still not sure what it will look like. Thanks to some simple images found in iOS, we have a small idea of how it will turn out.
The AirTags can be small, circular tags with built-in Bluetooth. It will have an ultra-wideband feature that was first introduced in the iPhone 11 lineup.
Leaker Jon Prosser claims that the AirTags has been delayed and will not be at the October event. According to him, it will be unveiled in March 2021, along with more other accessories.
I’m told the AirTags delay is due to the COVID situation in the Eastern market.
AirTags are heavily dependent on pinging other iPhones to be accurate.
They’ll still be a successful product launch, but the question is: would they be more successful in March 2021? Probably… https://t.co/P6EzR6fnhw

Meanwhile, AirPods Studio offers a pair of high-end over-ear headphones in addition to the AirPods lineup. There’s no definite word on what the AirPods Studio will cost, but rumors have suggested Apple may sell them for around $349.
As reported by CNET, AirPods Studio headphones are likely to have noise cancellation and transparency mode. With this feature, the accessory can pipe in external sounds for personal safety and awareness of the user’s surroundings.
Apple owns Beats and has several over-the-ear headphones, such as the Solo Pro, already available. However, there’s been speculation about an Apple-branded pair since early 2018.
What to expect at Apple’s event
Aside from that AirTags and AirPods Studio, there are lots of gadgets we can expect from Apple on Oct. 13. Here is a list of some of the most exciting releases:
iPhone 12 lineup rumors suggest that we will see four variants of the new Apple flagship: iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Mini, iPhone 12 Pro, and iPhone 12 Pro Max.
HomePod Mini is a new version of the HomePod. It’s not a second-generation version but a new, smaller, and more affordable HomePod.
Wireless Charging Mat – Apple is expected to introduce two wireless chargers called the “MagSafe Charger” and the “MagSafe Duo Charger.”
