Angelina Jolie shared her thoughts about a potential Mr. & Mrs. Smith sequel with her ex-husband Brad Pitt.
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt met on the set of their action comedy film Mr. & Mrs. Smith. In a previous interview, the Maleficent star revealed what her stance was about a potential sequel.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s oozing chemistry was undeniable when they appeared on-screen together for their first movie, Mr. & Mrs. Smith.
In her 2010 interview with Vanity Fair, the film was successful, and Jolie was asked about a potential sequel. The actress found it “strange.”
“People have tried. And it’s strange: do we have kids in the movie? We’ve thought about that, but it becomes personal now that we actually have kids. And if we work on it, we pull from our own life, which is funny to us, but you feel strange sharing too much,” Jolie said.
“We did ask somebody to look into Mr. & Mrs. to see if they could crack a sequel, but there wasn’t anything original. It was just, Well, they’re going to get married, or they’ve got kids, or they get separated. Never great.”
Jolie met Jennifer Aniston before she filmed with Pitt
According to Jennifer Aniston, she met Angelina Jolie once. It happened when Pitt and Jolie were about to start filming for their movie. Aniston and Pitt were married at the time.
The Friends alum pulled over and introduced herself to Jolie. She also told the Salt actress that her husband was excited to work with her. Aniston hoped that they would have a “really good time.”
Indeed, Jolie and Pitt had a great time while filming. They couldn’t stop giggling and laughing in between their takes.
Aniston also said that Brad Pitt became emotionally unavailable to her shortly after he started filming with Jolie. Meanwhile, Jolie said that there was an instant connection between them. She confessed that there was a time when she couldn’t wait to get to work to be with Pitt.
Aniston didn’t like Jolie’s confession and called her “uncool.”

After Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt’s split in 2005, he started dating Angelina Jolie. In 2006, Pitt and Jolie welcomed their daughter, Shiloh.
In the same interview, Jolie spoke about her “happy home” with Pitt. She also spoke about her acting career.
According to Brad Pitt’s second wife, she loved acting, but it was not the most important thing for her. She also hinted about early retirement.
“I don’t think I’ll do it much longer,” Jolie said about acting.
