Angelina Jolie is still, reportedly, eyeing a move to the United Kingdom in the future.
According to Mirror, Angelina Jolie has never given up on the idea of living somewhere overseas with her six children. However, this is something that she can’t do right now because of her custody battle with Brad Pitt.
Angelina Jolie eyeing to relocate after her kids turn 18
During a previous interview, Jolie expressed her desire to live outside the United States. But she also made it clear that since her children are still minors, they need to live close to Pitt.
“I would love to live abroad and will do as so as soon as my children are 18. Right now, I’m having to base where their father chooses to live,” she told Harper’s Bazaar.
Angelina Jolie wants to stay in south-west London
Since Jolie’s eldest son, Maddox, is already 18 years old, the actress could already be preparing for her upcoming relocation. The Maleficent: Mistress of Evil star, reportedly, wants to start her new life in Richmond.
“She believes [Richmond is] a perfect environment for the kids, from a cultural standpoint and educationally,” a source told Mirror.
According to Daily Mail, Jolie and Pitt traveled the world with their children before they announced their divorce in 2016. During a previous interview, the doting mom said that she wants her kids to grow up in the world by living in it and not just by learning about it.
Brangelina’s possible living arrangement agreement
The insider said that Jolie could come up with a new arrangement with Pitt, wherein she and their children could stay in the UK for a few months. When the kids return to the United States, they would be allowed to spend more time with their dad.
However, Jolie and Pitt have not yet publicly confirmed the reports. The exes are still fighting over the custody of their children. As such, now may not be the best time for them to introduce new terms to their agreement.
Angelina wants the judge on her case to be removed
Last week, the Unbroken director asked judge John W. Ouderkirk to be removed from her case against Pitt. Jolie and her team claimed that the judge failed to disclose other business relations he had with Pitt’s lawyers.
Jolie and her team suggested that Ouderkirk could be biased in giving his decision regarding their custody battle. However, Pitt’s counsel fired back at Jolie by saying that she’s simply delaying things.
Angelina Jolie has not yet responded to Pitt’s claims.
