Players have said that they do not want the patches as they are only focused on the refund.
Given Projekt Red’s capacity to fix games, some players are waiting for the bugs to be removed. This procedure alone has not stopped people from asking for a refund regarding the game.
Delay in the whole refund process
With many refunds being submitted by users, it is understandable that the company has a hard time keeping up.
Understandably, the Cyberpunk 2077 refund has much paperwork to be completed. The entire process will take a whole lot of time for one user.

Given that the company’s official Twitter handles are handling the responses well, the refund delay is a minor hiccup.
