Meanwhile, PlayStation official Twitter handles have taken it to their responsibility to do their best and respond to gamers of the Cyberpunk 2077.
After multiple reports of Cyberpunk 2077 bugging and causing glitches, a ton of players have taken to social media to share their experience. Previous gen users of PlayStation and Xbox have been verbal about the Projekt Red release.
The company has shared that their developers are working on the game to fix the device patches’ performance issues.
Players have said that they do not want the patches as they are only focused on the refund.
Given Projekt Red’s capacity to fix games, some players are waiting for the bugs to be removed. This procedure alone has not stopped people from asking for a refund regarding the game.
With many refunds being submitted by users, it is understandable that the company has a hard time keeping up.
Understandably, the Cyberpunk 2077 refund has much paperwork to be completed. The entire process will take a whole lot of time for one user.
Given that the company’s official Twitter handles are handling the responses well, the refund delay is a minor hiccup.
PlayStation has confirmed that the team has started the initial process of the refund. It is just a matter of days since the people who opted for the refund will get their money back.
The team has officially asked the players to wait and have patience as the refund is ongoing. With that being said, Projekt Red has not forgotten about the players who have stuck by them.
The game has gone through 15+GB-sized hotfix patches since the new development. The large patches will be released in January and February.
Judging by how rapidly Projekt Red is progressing, Cyberpunk 2077 can become one of the best RPGs of 2020.
Hotfix 1.05 and Hotfix 1.06 have already done their best job. Players have shared their experience playing on the hotfixes.
Some of them have said that the issues caused by glitches and bugging are removed. With two larger patches, the developers are on the run for time.
Cyberpunk 2077 can become one of the greatest games of 2020. As the two patches are resolved, this game can surely earn it’s top spot again.
