Apple’s next smartphone model, iPhone 13, is once again rumored to develop a storage option of 1TB upon its launch in September.
As per the latest report, the Pro and Pro Max versions of iPhone 13 might have options of 1TB storage.
iPhone 13 rumors: What to expect?
According to Wedbush analyst Daniel Ives, the next line-up will arrive with a 1TB storage variant. Plus, all the models of the series are expected to have a LiDAR scanner this time.
Last year, only the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max had LiDAR functionality.
Coming back to Ives’ report, he had previously speculated about a 1TB version of iPhone 13 in March. Most of the other scoopers had also predicted similarly.
And now it seems like the rumor might turn out true eventually when the next big model makes its way later in 2021.
Currently, the maximum storage capacity available in any high-end iPhone is 512GB. Whereas the iPad Pro already offers two variants consisting of 1TB or 2TB configurations.
The rumor train extends further with predictions of a return of Touch ID but in the form of an in-display feature. However, it seems unlikely and may arrive possibly by the next year or so.
Then there are reports of a reduced notch and even a notch-less display in the iPhone 13!
Going by Apple’s pattern and traditions, the possibility of a reduced notch sounds more convincing.
