If you’re getting error messages instead of media across your Apple devices and services, then you’re not alone. Multiple Apple apps and services are not working for some users.

This problem involves the App Store, Apple Arcade, Apple Music, and iCloud apps.

Apple confirmed the outage on its System Status webpage. According to the tech giant, the issue has been going on for a few hours now.

According to MacRumors, when a user attempts to access a particular Apple app, the service refuses to load and pops up a connection warning. Reports also claim that when someone tries to reload the service, nothing is happening at all.

Users across the US, along with website connectivity monitor DownDetector, reported experiencing difficulties connecting to a variety of Apple services.

For many people, Apple TV+, Apple Music, Photos and more are either running slowly or not at all. Some are unaffected, but Apple confirmed the issue and said it’s investigating.

“Users are experiencing a problem with this service. We are investigating and will update the status as more information becomes available,” Apple’s website said.

Issue resolved, Apple confirms

Many of Apple’s services experienced outages Tuesday evening, the company confirmed on its system status page. After a few hours, Apple announced that some of the reported issues have already been resolved.

Apple’s status page has been updated indicating the services are back online. However, the tech giant did not reply to a request for comment on what caused the outage.

According to reports, this latest issue began just after 8 PM ET. The outage comes just a day after Microsoft’s Outlook and Office365 services had authentication problems. Also, just a few days later, similar problems hit Google’s G Suite for a couple of hours.

Microsoft announced a recent update that has affected the processing of authentication requests, making cloud-based services inaccessible.

On the other hand, Google services like Gmail, Google Docs, and even YouTube experienced issues, especially those users from the East and West coasts of the US.

Do you think the issues faced by Microsoft and Google are related to what Apple apps and services went through today?
