Alongside the iPhone 12 lineup, Apple is also tipped to be launching new MacBooks with its proprietary chips this year.

Additionally, Apple is said to be following it up with the release of the new iPad Pro, plus the long-rumored Apple Glass and MacBooks with the company’s chipsets in them. Both are tipped to be arriving on October 27.

iHacktu added that during the second hardware event on the 27th, fans would likely see the debut of a new MacBook and MacBook Pro 13. A refreshed variant of the iPad Pro is also in the pipeline.

While the informant’s latest pronouncements aren’t confirmed by Apple yet, note that the company released the iPhone 11 series on September 10, 2019. The 8th of September this year also falls on a Tuesday, the same day when the lineup was launched in 2019.

iPhone 12 rumored features

Apple is heavily speculated to drop four new iPhone 12s. These phones will, reportedly, feature a new design, one that will pay homage to the eras of the iPhone 4s and iPhone 5s. These sizes are 5.4-inch, 6.7-inch, and 6.1-inch.

The iPhone 12 series is also pegged to launch with OLED screens, across all variants. This is a dramatic change as the current iPhone 11 only features a Retina LCD screen.

In the camera department, it is tipped that the next series of iPhones will comes with a triple-lens 3D camera. A rumor also points to the more premium iPhone 12s receiving the LiDAR scanner, a feature that debuted in the newer iPad Pros.

The iPhone 12 series is also set to arrive with a starting price tag of USD 649. The lineup is slated to be announced online.
