As per the latest reports, the next entry in Apple’s smartphone legacy, iPhone 13, will release towards the end of September this year.
Daniel Ives at Wedbush revealed in his analysis that Apple is on track to release iPhone 13 in late September.
2020 was probably the only year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, in which Apple didn’t announce a new iPhone.
iPhone 13 early details
Speaking of Wedbush’s Daniel Ives’ latest information, Apple plans to release iPhone 13 no later than September. The analysis states that the next big model will arrive by the third week of the ninth month.
When it comes to what may or may not be included in the new version, there are already many rumors regarding that.
Some speculations say that iPhone 13 will have a high-refresh-rate of 120Hz, while others claim it to be portless. 1TB storage option is also among the early anticipations.
Wild theories are even suggesting a return of the beloved Touch ID and a reduced notch. Plus, all the models are said to possess the newly introduced LiDAR Scanner, with an improved camera module, of course.
Wedbush analysis also mentions that Apple will build 25 percent more units of its next phone than iPhone 12. Current estimations point towards a figure of 100 million.
Talking about the ongoing iPhone 12 5G series’s performance, the demand is still high due to consumers’ interest.
Thanks to record sales so far, the revenue has been very-very impressive. And it’s said to continue even further in the coming months.
Upcoming Apple products and events
Meanwhile, the California tech giant is currently working on its 2021 slate. As always, it’s expected to be packed with a lot of surprises.
Speaking of surprises, then-current leaks have suggested a reveal of Apple’s first event of the year, next month. It’s said to feature the awaited products such as AirTags and AirPods Studio. They were delayed in 2020 due to some reasons.
Furthermore, the WWDC event in June will also come up with something new. And that is the next software version, iOS 15, for supported devices.
Like iOS 14, it will have privacy-based solid options and even better features. An overall change in the UI is also rumored.
Apple Watch series will also witness an upgrade with a new line-up and, of course, new health-based features.
Coming back to iPhone 13, once again, then it will make its debut before the year-end.
