Wrath of the Druid’s update for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla was scheduled to arrive this month. Now it will make its way on May 13th.
Ubisoft has also provided its reason for pushing the massive expansion further.
Firstly, let’s talk about why the publisher decided to delay the update.
As you can see above, Ubisoft wrote that it wants to provide a “refined experience” to the players on its official Twitter handle.
It means that Wrath of the Druids isn’t fully ready yet, to be rolled out.
Last month, during the reveal of the Ostara Festival seasonal event, developers had to fix lots of issues because that patch had multiple crash-related problems.
Furthermore, Ubisoft has promised to reveal an article regarding its transparency insights into the dev process soon.
Previously slated for an April 29th release, the new Assassin’s Creed Valhalla expansion will now arrive on May 13th.
Speaking of the most significant change that it will bring, then after the launch, it will enable the players to explore Ireland’s forests. They will be hunting an ancient druidic cult named the Children of Danu.
While gamers are waiting for the vast Valhalla update, others are ready for a fresh streak of new launches.
And 2021 has that aspect covered with multiple upcoming heavyweights.
However, that’s not everything arriving on this calendar. There’s more!
The line-up extends further with Stray, Deathloop, Dying Light 2, Biomutant, Psychonauts 2, and New World.
Back to Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, it’s available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Stadia.
