Finally, there’s a fresh Cyberpunk 2077 fixing patch after a long period since update 1.22 came out almost two months ago.
Latest Cyberpunk 2077 update 1.23 released on Thursday by developer CD Projekt RED. It brings a lot of recent changes and improvements.

While sharing the news on Twitter, the official account of the game posted a long list of new changes.
Cyberpunk 2077 turned into a disaster during its December launch due to faulty gameplay and tons of bugs. There were graphical inconsistencies along with endless frame drops.
However, CD Projekt RED did succeed in regaining some lost ground after providing constant updates since the beginning of 2021.
The latest patch, 1.23 for Cyberpunk 2077, brings many new solutions to several irritating problems found on PC, consoles, and Stadia.

Quests & Open World
- Issue fixed where the “Open the package” objective used to change location under Space Oddity.
Gig: Family Matters
- Issue fixed where Juliet’s car disappeared on sight after finishing the quest.
- Issue fixed regarding the streaming problem in Juliet’s house.
- Another issue fixed where players weren’t able to enter Juliet’s house. It happened if the player didn’t meet Attribute requirements.
The Heist
- Issue fixed where Jackie could move through glass.
- Issue fixed where several guards were not able to attack the player.
- Problem solved in “Search the Arasaka officer” objective. It used to continue even after finishing it.
- Issue fixed where the mech didn’t spawn in the lobby.
- Bug fixed where Arasaka guards could clip through the doors.
- Issue fixed where guards could spawn on the player’s sight.
- Issued fixed where an Arasaka officer’s body was inaccessible. Due to this, the player was unable to loot the shard. Progression also used to get blocked.

The Nomad
- Unnecessary button prompts removed.
The Hunt
- A new segment in the shard from River will now play audio properly.
The Beast in Me
- Issue fixed where progression blocked if the player left Claire after the Santa Domingo race too early.
Queen of the Highway
- Issue fixed where Basilisk could clip through the trees.
Down on the Street
- Another issue was fixed where there were no quest-based dialogue options while talking to Wakako.
Forward to Death
- Now the smoke and dust won’t flicker while riding the Basilisk.
Gig: Goodbye, Night City
- Issue fixed where progression blocked after rescuing Bruce when the player called Delamain.
Path of Glory
- Issue fixed where V got stuck in the AV if they stood at the landing spot before its arrival.
Gig: Many Ways to Skin a Cat
- Issue fixed where notifications from Regina could appear during the other gig such as The Heist.
- Issue fixed where it was possible to connect with the computer after failing the objective. It happened while destroying the van, resulting in a player getting stuck.
Cyberpsycho Sighting: Where the Bodies Hit the Floor
- Issue fixed where the next objective related to Regina didn’t appear.
Cyberpsycho Sighting: On Deaf Ears
- Issue fixed where the next objective related to Regina didn’t appear.
I Fought the Law
- Issue fixed where River wasn’t present at meeting spot before Red Queen’s Race.
Gameplay
- Now Adam Smasher won’t receive damage during the animations between his attack phases.
- Issue fixed where there was too much destruction after dropping an NPC’s body.
- The Cataresist cyberware should work properly now.
