Fans are about to see an array of characters, from major to supporting, in Attack on Titan Chapter 137. As things are getting pretty intense and the war is getting worse, sadly, some are going to die.
Hajime Isayama teased there would be deaths coming in Attack on Titan Chapter 137, and it might be some of the major characters. Some believed it could be Levi or Eren, although they had cheated death several times.
The alleged deaths coming
Everything can happen in the Isayama manga series, especially now that it is nearing its ending. The creator himself hinted at the coming demises, saying the real surprise is just about to begin, BlockToro noted.
Levi, Connie, and Pieck are all heavily injured, bringing them closer to death. However, there are theories it can also be Mikasa, as she may sacrifice her life to save Eren.
Anyhow, Armin may also do it, knowing he has a strong and close bond with the former Survey Corps member. By the looks of it, things may turn out emotional in the last chapters of the series.
There are also assumptions that one of the upcoming chapters will happen in the “night time,” although it remains to be seen if it will be on Attack On Titan Chapter 137 or Chapter 138.

The meeting in the Paths
In addition, Armin and Zeke’s meeting in the Paths seems to give a different perspective to the manga’s storyline. It also appears to hint at how the story will end.
Devdiscourse noted Eren might be the main focus of Attack on Titan Chapter 137. Eren has started the Rumbling, freeing the Wall Titans and attacking the earth.
The alliance members and his friends will do their best to stop Eren, but it looks like they can’t convince him.
The new chapter may also feature Annie and Armin, who has a lot of going on in their lives apart from their brewing romance.
Fans are also expecting to see a final meeting between Armin and Eren before the manga ends. Their assembly can also take place at the Paths that will make things more emotional.
Meanwhile, Eren may also reveal here the reason why he started the Rumblings.
Attack on Titan Chapter 137 is set to be out on Tuesday, Feb. 9, per the official manga sources. Fans are advised to read it from the official channels, such as Viz Media, MangaPlus, and Shonen Jump’s websites and platforms.
