This is the first update the anime has received since the first cour wraps up and a second part has been officially announced.

According to Comicbook, the Attack on Titan midseason finale has left a significant cliffhanger that makes fans asking for more.

It does not only show Eren in action. It also reveals Marley’s force is now on its way to Eldia to begin the final fight.

It also hints at another intense battle between Eren and Reiner after the former Survey Corps member mentions the Eldian Vice Chief’s name.

From here, a full-on war is about to begin.

The staff and crew of the final season’s first part will reprise their roles for the second cour. Part 1 aired on NHL General TV that started in December 2020.

It also streamed on Crunchyroll.

When the second cour finally begins, it will pick up where it exactly left in Episode 75, so fans can still re-watch the earlier episodes or catch up on the whole saga.

The series started as a manga written and illustrated by Hajime Isayama. It was then serialized in Bessatsu Shonen Magazine in 2009 that ended in 2021.
