In a few weeks, Attack on Titan season 4 will drop, but it is never shy from controversy. Rumors have it the new season is in trouble after the sudden studio change. Will it affect the upcoming season?
The rumors started in a post on 4Chan. Allegedly, the new Attack on Titan Season 4 studio, MAPPA, is unprepared with the demand that comes with an anime this big.
Knowing Attack on Titan is one of the most-watched anime in the world; the pressure is now on for the studio. They are maybe working hard behind-the-scenes to make it as good as possible, if not the best.
The alleged struggle behind-the-scenes
According to Comicbook, WIT Studio started to look for a new studio that would helm the anime’s final season. Many production companies refused the offer, but one stood out.
MAPPA braved to accept this huge responsibility, but with a tight deadline, there were reports that there were “struggles behind-the-scenes.” Why? MAPPA is also busy working on Jujutsu Kaisen.
Anyhow, fans shall only take these rumors with a grain of salt as MAPPA is yet to address the issue.
But, to prove the claims are wrong, fans are asking to see a new Attack on Titan Season 4 trailer.
Some wonder why the new season’s official media is still “far and between,” knowing that the fourth season will drop over a couple of weeks.
