Australian companies are being forced to offer blockchain experts attractive six-figure salaries, with competition for the best talent higher than ever.
A Sydney-based recruiter who represents a number of technology companies told Micky that over the past 12 months she’s seen more and more tech companies seeking talent with blockchain know-how.
“There’s definitely a trend but the other way, in terms of applicants, there are very few with blockchain expertise,” said the recruiter, who did not wish to be named.
Currently, on Australia’s number-one recruitment website, Seek.com.au, 79 jobs mention ‘blockchain’ in the job description, most are Sydney-based roles.
While many don’t reveal remuneration details, these are the positions which advertise the most attractive offers for the right candidate.
