Those who have already preordered the upcoming Battlefield 2042 are in luck because the open beta is arriving very soon!
Fans of Battlefield 2042 will experience it early, thanks to the open beta release is probably the next two months.

As per the current rumors and reports, the open beta may begin from September 6. However, it’s not yet fully confirmed.
There has been no exact date from Ripple Effect either.
But according to ResetEra, there was a mention of the date on the official Battlefield 2042 website. The now-deleted section on the portal showed the open beta would run from September 6 through September 11.
Interestingly, if you have already preordered the title or subscribed to EA Access or Origin, you can have it early, which means that you can play the beta from September 4 onwards!
As per further reports, the pre-loading of the beta will start on September 3.
However, all these rumors might change as well since there is no official confirmation in its entirety.
As per EA, the beta will still arrive in late September itself.
Another rumor was that the Battlefield 2042 Alpha would go live after the EA Play event. But nothing of that sort happened.
The next entry in the franchise, it’s set to feature a new mode called “Battlefield Portal.”
This feature will allow the players to make their custom modes inside the game as per the devs. They will be able to play the maps from previous installments as well!

More games in 2021
Meanwhile, gaming enthusiasts are also waiting for many other fresh releases this year, apart from the next Battlefield.
When it comes to the most-awaited heavyweights, there will be names like New World and Dying Light 2.
No More Heroes 3, Halo Infinite, Far Cry 6, 2021’s Call of Duty, Little Devil Inside, and Stray are also on the list.
However, the big line-up stretches even further with titles like Kena: Bridge of Spirits and Life Is Strange: True Colors.
Shadow Warrior 3, Cyber Shadow, Humankind, The Ascent, and Glitchpunk are other significant launches.
Recently announced Etched Memories and The Day Before would also make their debuts very soon.
Coming back to Battlefield 2042, again, it arrives on October 22 for PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One.
