Fans of the Battlefield series will soon get good news. An official announcement for the next part, Battlefield 6, is coming soon.
As per recent reports, the official reveals event for Battlefield 6 might be arriving in May.
The next few weeks will be important to notice, especially for information about the new installment.
‘Battlefield 6’ early details
In a recent Livestream, GamesBeat’s Jeff Grubb was asked by a fan about an update over Battlefield 6.
In his response, industry insider Grubb said that “things are still fluid.”
He mentioned that a reveal event might take place in the coming weeks, most probably by May.
EA and developer DICE, however, hasn’t provided any word regarding the next big part in the war-based gaming franchise.
It means that fans should take Grubb’s speculation with a grain of salt because the leading developer and publisher are yet to come out publicly to say anything on the project.
But one sure thing is the releasing year.
EA has confirmed previously that Battlefield 6 will be coming at some point in 2021.
One reason to believe is that Need For Speed developer Criterion was moved to Battlefield’s team. It was done to help in completing it faster. As a result of this, the next NFS entry has now been delayed.
Upcoming video games
Meanwhile, this new year, just like 2020, is packed with multiple heavyweights for major AAA and other huge titles.
Speaking of the most-awaited games of 2021, they are Far Cry 6, Halo Infinite, and Resident Evil Village.
God of War: Ragnarok, Horizon Forbidden West, Back 4 Blood, Deathloop, and Monster Hunter Rise are also among anticipated launches.
However, that’s not everything in the store!
The line-up extends further with the likes of Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, Stray, STALKER 2, Outriders, Returnal, It Takes Two, and Psychonauts 2.
Balan Wonderland, GhostWire: Tokyo, Kena: Bridge of Spirits, Bravely Default 2, Dying Light 2, and Riders Republic are other crucial releases.
Several recently announced games to make their debut later in 2021 are The Day Before, Glitchpunk, and Etched Memories. The latter is an exciting project to watch out for because it will feature a Cat as the main protagonist, named Biscuit!
Once again, coming back to Battlefield 6, its launch date will be out once announced by EA.
