Social media influencer, makeup artist, and YouTuber, Ethan Peters, is found dead on September 5 due to a drug overdose.
Influencer Ethan Peters, famously known as “Ethan Is Supreme” to his YouTube fan-base, have reportedly died on September 5. According to reports from various social media platforms, the cause was a drug overdose.
His best friend and fellow influencer, Ava Louise, took her Twitter account to pay tribute to his pal. She posted a photo expressing her love for their friendship.
Louise confirmed that Peters was suffering from drug addiction, and that caused his death. He took 2 Percocets, which is an addictive pain medication. The family of Peters found him dead in his room at precisely 11:00 in the morning. They agreed with Louise, although no official report has been declared.
“He wanted nothing but to make other people laugh, inspire them and sometimes push the boundaries of what is acceptable and what isn’t for young people today,” Gerald Peters said, Ethan’s father to Fox News.
He talked openly about the bullying he received by peers due to his sexual orientation and declared so in his second video. Also, he stated that the administration of the Christian school he studied made it clear that his presence was “unwanted.”
His friends and family supported him throughout his journey, where he decided to create his YouTube channel. He said in one of his videos that makeup is his passion, and he wants to show it to other people.
Peters dropped out of his school in Texas due to his channel, as it’s contents did not abide by the school’s moral code. He decided to continue his education online.

Ethan has over half a million followers on Instagram and more than 130,000 subscribers on YouTube.
Although in the past, Ethan has been accused of racism and Transphobia, he had supportive fans who came to his rescue and defended him all the time. Fellow influencer and makeup artist Manny MUA being one of them, tweeted that “…he [Peters] made a lot of mistakes, but to say that he deserved to pass away for them is inhuman….”.
The matter was after hate comments flooded his YouTube Videos and previous posts.
The last photograph that he uploaded was a comparison of him now versus a few years back, with a caption thanking everyone who bullied him throughout. He also said that the only thing that didn’t change in both photographs is his “dark circles.”
Peters also founded his clothing brand called Hellboy, which sold chains, sunglasses, and t-shirts.
