Binance’s CZ has threatened to delist Bitcoin SV after Aussie Craig Wright offered a $5000 bounty for anyone who doxed Twitter user Hodlonaut.
Dr Craig S Wright has threatened to sue Hodlonaut for doubting his much derided claims to be Satoshi Nakamoto, the anonymous Bitcoin creator.
The bounty will be paid in Bitcoin SV to any person who will reveal the real identity of the Twitter user.
CZ strikes back
In a tweet this afternoon CZ threatened to delist Bitcoin SV from Binance if Wright didn’t pull his head in.
“Craig Wright is not Satoshi. Anymore of this sh!t, we delist!” he tweeted in response to Bitcoin Magazine’s tweet that ‘An attack against one is an attack against all. #WeAreAllHodlonaut”

CoinGeek reports Wright has put out bounty
Yesterday, CoinGeek – the crypto blog owned by Wright’s associate Calvin Ayre – reported that Wright’s lawyers has served Hodlonaut with legal papers on 29 March 2019 claiming they had the evidence to prove a “targeted campaign” to harass and libel Wright.
In an article headlined “Dr. Craig S. Wright targets crypto troll Hodlonaut for defamatory internet” the publication stated that Wright had put up a bounty of $5,000 in BSV for anyone who could identify the Twitter user based on the few pics he’s posted online.
Not a scammer
Bitcoin Magazine got hold of the letter too and cited passages where Wright’s lawyers claimed Hodlonaut had defamed him in a series of tweet labeling him a ‘fraud” a “scammer” and for using the hashtag #CraigWrightIsAFraud.
“By tagging to [this] hashtag,” Wright’s lawyers state, “you encourage your followers to view and contribute to that thread, which … is no more than a crude means by which our client can be abused and libeled.”
Faketoshi or Satoshi?
Hodlonaut is part of a much wider campaign online attempting to debunk the notion that Wright is Satoshi – he is often referred to as ‘Faketoshi’. The CoinGeek article also threatened anyone else who doubts Wright’s claims: “Rest assured, @Hodlonaut and the other trolls are about to discover why ‘he who laughs last, laughs best.'”
Wright’s lawyers demanded Hodlonaut delete the tweets. He has done so on legal advice, and since deleted his entire Twitter account.
Astonishingly the lawyers are also demanding a prescribed apology from Hodlonaut saying “I was wrong to allege Craig Wright fraudulently claimed to be Satoshi. I accept he is Satoshi. I am sorry Dr. Wright. I will not repeat this libel.”
No, I am Hodlonaut
Crypto Twitter has swung in behind Hodlonaut, with the hashtag ##WeAreAllHodlonaut starting to trend and numerous users changing their profile name to ‘Hodlonaut’ in a move that recalls ‘I Am Spartacus’.
By coincidence, the Lightning Torch wound up today after 83 days and 56 countries. It passed between many famous Crypto Twitter users including a certain CZ himself.
