‘Biomutant’ is a solid hit with 1 million sold units!

Experiment 101’s open-world, post-apocalyptic title Biomutant has eventually succeeded, eventually for the Swedish developing studio.

Biomutant was released earlier this year, in May, and despite mixed reviews, it has resulted in a massive launch. As per the latest reports, the game has gone past 1 million sales.

‘Biomutant’ gets big with great sales.

The latest news has revealed that the game also recouped all of its production costs in just a week of its initial launch, which is quite impressive, considering that it didn’t get many positive reactions from critics.

On Metacritic, it currently has a rating ranging between 64 to 70 for various platforms. But that didn’t affect the actual performance of the title. That is, players have shown a deep interest in Biomutant since its arrival.

A report by Embracer Group also revealed that Experiment 101’s game has now sold over 1 million copies.

When it came out on May 25, no one expected it to be a success, let alone achieving the milestone of a million sales. However, it proved many people wrong as gaming fans became curious to try it out.

As of now, it has performed as per the management’s expectations from the side of the devs.

It’s a fantastic accomplishment, especially for a small team of just 20 people at the developing studio. And they keep making it better by delivering necessary and key updates.

It looks certain that Biomutant will keep growing for few more months to come. Because these days, gamers don’t care much about the reviews than their urge to try out a new title.
