The Thai Enquirer added a hashtag for Jennie while stating that Lisa had been barred from attending a Paris Fashion Week event, which enraged Blackpink supporters.
YG has been under criticism for mistreating Blackpink member Lisa in recent days. The solo debut of the Thai-born superstar got virtually little marketing and concluded after ten days. The label was also chastised for cultural appropriation due to the stylists’ use of box braids and the music producers’ use of AAVE for the b-side song Money.
The company attempted to appease fans by having Kmedia announce that Lisa would attend Paris Fashion Week with her Blackpink teammates Rosé, Jisoo, and Jennie, but this failed.
Lisa was barred from attending an event in the Paris Fashion Week
Despite being in France, Bvlgari’s CEO and Vogue Thailand spoke out over Lisa’s absence from the fashion presentations. Lisa had been invited to Etam’s presentation and Bvlgari’s campaign, but her label had used Covid-19 as an explanation for her absence, according to the CEO in a special Instagram post.
She was, however, vaccinated, and the other members of Blackpink were allowed to attend the crowded fashion shows in Paris. A news organization pulled Jennie into the story while reporting on it.
On October 6, the Thai Enquirer claimed that Lisa had been barred from attending Bvlgari’s Paris Fashion Week presentation. The article reports on the situation and how people have reacted.
According to the BVLGARI's creative director, Jean-Cristophe Babin, Lisa was not able to attend the show due to YG Entertainment's decision to keep her safe.

They did, however, decide to include a hashtag for Jennie when tweeting the story. This has irritated supporters.
Jennie’s supporters are hitting Thai Enquirer
They believe the agency was attempting to get social media exposure by using her name or hinting that Jennie was involved in Lisa’s maltreatment. They stated that it was all YG’s responsibility and that Jennie had no business being involved in the situation.
The Thai Enquirer’s reaction, on the other hand, was considered unprofessional. Fans claim that Sir Cod Satrusayang and Erich Parpart, the media agency’s editor and writer, mocked and dismissed their outrage.
As a result, they’ve started a hashtag trending on Twitter called #ApologizeToJennie. “The issue is why just her name is mentioned?” they wrote.
It’s the hidden meaning to portray her as the bad guy, and they claim we overreact, but you can see the tweet and everything. Plus, STOP USING JENNIE,” and “Jennie is not the villain here. Please focus your rage on YG!”
