BLACKPINK has become one of today’s most successful Korean acts in the world. Several reports even deem them as the number one all-female K-pop group.
Many fans and supporters have always admired them for their talents and skills. Aside from these things, several individuals also look up to the members’ beautiful faces and fit figures. But, among the four, BLINKS have seemingly taken Jennie as their inspiration for their respective fitness goals.
Jennie’s “thin waist”
Jennie is one of the four members of BLACKPINK. In various online forums, netizens shared their “shock” and amazement toward the K-pop star’s “natural thin waist,” according to Allkpop.
The majority of the fans reportedly said that Jennie’s waist could “fit inside” a palm. Although many pointed out that Lisa, Jisoo, and Rosé also have thin waists, Jennie’s “proportions” have appeared to “stun” everyone. Some netizens even described it as “unbelievable.”
The “Solo” singer has also received the name “Walking Chanel.” Reports said that she had become a “fashion icon,” not to mention that she is also the ambassador of the luxury brand.
Despite wearing simple clothes, several photos of her reportedly show that her appearance always “accentuate” her figure, particularly her thin waist. Many of the BLINKS commented that she has the face and the “body,” which makes her a “real winner.”

Jennie minds her diet more than any other BLACKPINK members
Among all the BLACKPINK members, Jennie focuses more on her diet, according to Channel-Korea. She reportedly works out a lot, even during breaks from their tours and performances.
The 24-year-old K-pop star also eats lots of porridge even when her co-members choose to munch on “delicious” foods. She said that she always follows the “no-salt diet.”
To further maintain her figure, Jennie incorporates detox juices on her daily meals. Alongside her porridge, she eats a bowl of avocado, as well.
Jennie’s workout and diet plan
All members of BLACKPINK work out as much as possible. Their dance routines alone are great exercises for the group. But, aside from dancing, Jennie also has other workout routines, according to Health-Yogi.
The publication revealed that the group’s vocalist and rapper do flying yoga. As recalled, she started the routine in 2017 to stay “fit and healthy.” Two years later, Jennie incorporated Pilates in her daily workout. Sources said that she sometimes does her routines with other members of BLACKPINK, particularly Jisoo.
