Is BLACKPINK the “rudest” K-pop group?
Jennie, Rosé, Jisoo, and Lisa of BLACKPINK are some of today’s most popular K-pop icons. It is not surprising, though, considering the group’s success over the years.
Their fanbase has even extended its reach outside South Korea. Not to mention, their tracks have also broken international records, beating other international artists across the globe.
With their fame and success in mind, many have wondered whether the members of the K-pop group are rude. Netizens, then, shared their thoughts about it in an online forum.
BLACKPINK is the “rudest”
Fans of BLACKPINK, or “BLINKS” discussed in an online forum, Quora, why the all-female K-pop group is the “rudest” of all. Among all the comments, the top-rated one explains that they are all rude in the sense that they all excel in their respective talents and skills.
The fans claimed that Lisa is rude because of her great skills in dancing. She can, reportedly, perform “very well” everywhere they go.
As for Rosé, they deemed her “straight rude” because of her voice. They noted that she could make hearts “cry” and “happy” at the same time, every time she sings.
Meanwhile, BLINKS said that Jisoo is just as rude as the other members because of her talents, as well as her “pretty face.” Some even sarcastically asked her to stop being so pretty.
Lastly, the fans also included Jennie on the list. They said that she is so “disrespectful” as she can “slay” everyone with her rapping, singing, and dancing skills.
In clarifying, though, BLACKPINK is the “rudest” because they already have everything from the looks to talents and skills, the fans explained.
One member is allegedly rude in a nasty way
Despite all the compliments from their fans, an anonymous netizen shared a quick story on the discussion about BLACKPINK. In the narrative, it alleges that one of the members is actually “rude” in a very “b****y way.”
As explained, JunCurryAhn revealed the shocking story on his guesting for Off the Pill with Ryan Higa. He talked about an event he hosted at Kcon.
During the event, he said that there was one K-pop idol, who acted nicely on stage. However, this member, allegedly, acted like a “diva” after going off the stage.
Higa, reportedly, asked who this icon was. The guest did not specify details, but he hinted that the group’s name rhymed with “slack drink.” The netizens then explained that it is not that difficult to conclude that he was talking about a member of BLACKPINK.
