Heads up, BLINKs: BLACKPINK is gearing for their upcoming virtual concert next month, Rosé and Lisa are also announcing their soon to be released solo tracks.
BLACKPINK, with members Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa, has undeniably established itself as a global act with their recent hit songs, How You Like That, Ice Cream, and Lovesick Girls.
They have taken the top spots on the US Billboard Charts and UK Official Charts with these mesmerizing tracks.
Rosé and Lisa to unveil their individuality
YG Entertainment confirmed on December 30 that Rosé and Lisa are preparing for their solo debuts. It also further stated that the two are currently getting ready to film their music videos.
Since Jisoo is still busy shooting her first drama, Snowdrop (tentative title), Rosé, and Lisa will be making their solo debuts first.
However, the dates, song names, and specific information about the two’s solo streaks will be later released.
Furthermore, OSEN reported on the same day that in mid-January of 2021, Rose’s music video filming would take place.
BLACKPINK’s 2021 activities
It can be recalled that the group’s label, YG Entertainment, previously announced that all four members of BLACKPINK would be releasing their solo tracks.
In November 2018, Jennie was the first member to make her solo debut with SOLO.

Moreover, before the group’s release of its recent album, THE ALBUM, YG has also spoiled the members’ solo undertakings.
It shared earlier in June this year that Rosé and Lisa have already wrapped up their recordings. At the same time, Jisoo is enthusiastically working on her music.
Meanwhile, with the new schedule of BLACKPINK’s first-ever virtual concert, the girls are also in the midst of their preparation. THE SHOW will be on January 31 next year.
Due to the re-proliferation of COVID-19 and the raising of the social distancing measures in South Korea, BLACKPINK’s concert was postponed from its original schedule. It was supposedly the 27th of this month.
