Blake Shelton recently declared that Adam Levine will perform at his and Gwen Stefani’s wedding.
While nothing has been finalized yet, Blake Shelton joked that Levine would have no other choice but to perform at his nuptials.
Blake Shelton forcing Adam Levine to perform at his wedding?
The Voice co-judges have been friends for years. And they are known for their hilarious on-camera banters.
“He may not like it, but Adam Levine’s gonna have to get the band together and come and play at our wedding. He owes me a lot for just putting up with him over the years. So, I want Adam to come to be our wedding band. Their music is so boring that it won’t distract from the festivities and reception,” Shelton said.
While it is evident that Shelton’s statement was filled with teasing directed at Levine, National Enquirer still took his words out of context.
In this week’s issue, they claimed that Shelton tried to bait Levine by putting him on the spot at his wedding performance.
Since Shelton and Levine are very close, it is highly likely for Maroon 5 to really perform at his upcoming wedding.
This means that Shelton doesn’t need to bait his good friend as what the tabloid claimed.
Blake Shelton and Levine have been at the center of all sorts of rumors throughout the years.

A source claimed that Shelton and Levine had to fake their closeness for the cameras. And when they could no longer trick the audiences, Levine decided to quit The Voice.

Hollywood Life also claimed that The Voice staff were surprised to learn that Levine and Behati Prinsloo were having a baby while Shelton and Stefani weren’t.
After all, everyone expected that Shelton will become a dad first before Levine.
And there was also a time when Radar Online accused the A-listers of feuding just because Shelton’s contestant won The Voice.
A source for the tabloid claimed that Levine was convinced the results were rigged in favor of Shelton and his contestant.
Gossip Cop has debunked all the tabloids’ claims by saying that Blake Shelton and Levine are good friends on camera and in real life.
