The crypto movers in one virtual room
BlockDown aims to bring the world’s blockchain and crypto communities together in one virtual room despite the challenges presented by the pandemic.
The BlockDown virtual conference series started in the spring of 2020, kicked off by the BlockDown 3D virtual conference, which included including Grammy-award winner Akon alongside Erik Voorhees, Shapeshift founder, among others.
BlockDown 3D’s success encouraged the conception of BlockDown 2.0, which was held in July 2020, and the Halloween-themed BlockDown 3.0.
In total, the BlockDown virtual conference series has hosted more than 250 speakers and over 20,000 viewers. The events were live-streamed on multiple media platforms and broadcasted in four different languages.
