Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is coming to mobile soon. The acclaimed Metroidvania will come to both iOS and Android “soon.”
According to publisher NetEase Games, as translated by Gematsu, the game will come with a revamped UI to suit the mobile gameplay. Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night will come as a premium title, which likely means zero microtransactions.
Ritual of the Night mobile will support nine languages
Ritual of the Night is a dazzling title on the PC and consoles. For gamers who grew up playing Koji Igarashi’s games, RotN offers everything they would ever want. The platforming is smooth, and the exploration is nostalgic.

Now, gamers can bring the game anywhere with a mobile version for the title. According to the announcement, the game will release in limited regions around the world. Even then, it will have multi-language support for various locales.
So far, the supported languages will include English, Japanese, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, and Korean. The mobile version will also add several significant changes to the game.
The user interface will be simplified, together with better Skill Shard icons. The game will also add a new achievement system far different from the PC version.
RotN will keep all its content
Beyond several changes to accommodate mobile gameplay, Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night won’t differ. In terms of content, the mobile version will still play the same.
The announcement promised that all 120+ monsters and bosses would be available. All 107 weapons and 23 weapon skills will also stay in the game. A new mechanic will come into the game for command-based techniques too.
The command method will receive a revamp, making it easier to do them. A new shortcut button will also come to allow for easier access to the entire inventory.
Ritual of the Night will be one of the many games which are worth the money on mobile. Even with the advent of xCloud, premium PC titles coming to mobile is always a welcome event.
Slay the Spire, for example, came to iOS a few months ago. The game is quite remarkable, and the studio is still porting the game to Android. Dead Cells is also a superb title on iOS and Android, together with FTL: Faster Than Light.
Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night will release on the mobile version soon. How soon is anybody’s guess, but it will be a great port once it comes.
