Brad Pitt, George Clooney not making cameos in ‘Friends’ reunion

Brad Pitt, George Clooney not making cameos in 'Friends' reunion

Brad Pitt and George Clooney will, allegedly, star in the upcoming Friends reunion special.

Last year, New Idea claimed that other than the main cast of Friends, other A-listers will also be making an appearance in the reunion episode. Brad Pitt, Clooney, Ben Stiller, Julia Roberts, and Bruce Willis are some of the names that the tabloid mentioned.

A source claimed back then that the cast and crew were asked to sign confidentiality agreements to ensure that there won’t be cast and script leaks ahead of the premiere.

And whoever leaks information about the upcoming Friends reunion will be fined for as much as $5 million.

But even though the tabloid claimed that there’s a confidentiality agreement for all the cast members and the staff, they still leaked fake information about the project.

They said that Pitt and Clooney will make an appearance in the reunion special. And Courteney Cox’s daughter, Coco Arquette will also play the role of her on-screen daughter in Friends.

Since the tabloid has no way to prove their dubious claims, they simply said that the main cast of Friends have no idea that Pitt, Clooney, Arquette, and the other A-listers will be there.

Jennifer Aniston has no idea?

After all, Jennifer Aniston, Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matthew Perry, Matt LeBlanc, and David Schwimmer will only have a copy of the script the week before filming.

However, the tabloid’s claims couldn’t be farther from the truth. If Brad Pitt and Clooney are expected to make cameos in Friends, there would’ve already been news about it.

And the news would most likely come from reputable sources.

Brad Pitt, Jennifer Aniston rumors debunked

Gossip Cop also debunked the tabloid’s claims by saying that there will no script for the Friends reunion special.

As such, the tabloids claim that the main cast members will only have access to the script one week before filming is incorrect.

By the looks of it, the tabloid is just trying to link Aniston and Pitt to each other again.

The same tabloid previously claimed that Aniston and Pitt hired Alia Shawkat as their surrogate.

New Ides also alleged that Brad Pitt and Aniston welcomed their first child in April. However, Pitt and Aniston don’t have children together.
