Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston’s former Beverly Hills property is still on the market.
According to SCMP, Brad Pitt and Aniston bought the property in 2001 for $13.1 million. They, later on, sold it to the hedge-fund executive, Jonathan Brooks, in 2006 shortly after they divorced.
Brooks put the 12,000-square-foot property for sale in May 2019 for $49 million. And just five months later, the property got a $4.5 million price cut. It is now being sold for $44.5 million.
Despite all of the property’s features and amenities, no one has still purchased Pitt and Aniston’s former house. The publication couldn’t help but wonder why this is the case.
They said that the property is reasonably priced because the cost is similar to the other houses in the area. Still, one can’t help but wonder if the property is cursed because no one has purchased it.
Brad Pitt, Jennifer Aniston living arrangement rumors
There has been so much talk surrounding Pitt and Aniston’s living arrangements in recent months.
In April, Star claimed that the exes opted to stay together at the start of the coronavirus lockdown in the United States.
“Brad and Jen have been spending most of their time together during the lockdown. This whole experience has brought them even closer. They both feel humbled and grateful for everything they have right now – especially each other,” an unnamed source said, as per Star.
The exes’ alleged activities
The source also said that Aniston and Pitt practiced social distancing even though they lived together for a few weeks. And since they haven’t hung out with other people, they, allegedly, figured out that it’s safe for them to be together.
One of the things that the A-listers, allegedly, enjoyed doing was cooking while they were on lockdown.
“Brad’s been reintroducing Jen to some of his family’s staples, like pot roast and homemade bread. They’re committed to their skincare routines, taking vitamins and drinking a ton of water to flush out any toxins. They’re trying to get at least seven or eight hours sleep each night and have been doing a ton of stretches, yoga, and various steam and sauna treatments,” the source said.
Brad Pitt allegedly kicked Jennifer Aniston out
Two months later, Star published a dubious story about Brad Pitt and Aniston’s living arrangement. The tabloid claimed that the Ad Astra kicked out his ex-wife.
An unnamed source claimed that Pitt was turned off by Aniston’s neediness. So, he asked his ex-wife to leave his home.
“He’s over the intensity and just feels like things aren’t flowing the way they need to for their affair to really blossom,” a source said.
Rumors debunked
However, one should take the claims made by the tabloid with a grain of salt.
Brad Pitt and Aniston didn’t live together during the lockdown. As such, Pitt couldn’t have possibly kicked Aniston out of his home.
