Bradley Cooper got candid about red carpets and admitted that for him, it’s meaningless.
Bradley Cooper has received several recognitions for his performance in A Star is Born alongside Lady Gaga. As an actor, he has walked on the red carpet several times, but he isn’t impressed with it.
Bradley Cooper says red carpet is “utter meaningless”
Bradley Cooper has starred in various big movies, including Hangover, Limitless, American Hustle, and A Star is Born. His outstanding performances in his previous movies earned him various nominations and paved him the way to make red carpet appearances. However, it turned out that he is not really into those glamorous events.
“It really does make you face ego, vanity and insecurity. It’s very interesting and utterly meaningless,” he said in a previous interview per Metro.
For Cooper, walking on the red carpet is not his motivation for why he does his projects.
“It’s quite a thing to work through, and it’s completely devoid of artistic creation. It’s not why you sacrifice everything to create art.”
Bradley and Irina reunion rumors
Meanwhile, Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk sparked reunion rumors due to their sweet reunion. There were speculations that they were close to consciously recoupling after hugging one another in public.
Cooper and Shayk co-parent their 3-year-old daughter and have to meet from time to time. However, the three are rarely seen together in public.
Shayk has been spotted out and about with her daughter without Cooper. The Hangover star has been seen out with his daughter, too but without Shayk.
However, the sighting earlier this week was different. Cooper and Shayk were spotted together with their daughter Lena. Moreover, the two were very sweet; they even gave each other a hug sparking rumors that they might get back together.
Shayk on her relationship with Bradley
Irina Shayk and Bradley Cooper both agreed to live close to each other for their daughter. Following their split, Shayk said that good relationships bring one’s best and worst side, and two great people don’t necessarily make a good couple.
“I think in all good relationships you bring your best and your worst—it’s just the nature of a human being. Two great people don’t have to make a good couple,” Shayk told Harper’s Bazaar.
“I think we’ve been very lucky to experience what we had with each other. Life without B is new ground. Life without B is new ground,” she said.
Irina falling apart
Irina Shayk admitted that it was difficult for her to be a single parent and, at the same time, a working mom. There were times when she felt that she was falling apart, but she had to continue what she does to provide for her daughter.
