Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga sparked dating rumors when they starred in the 2018 romantic musical drama film. A video from their alleged table read resurfaced on Twitter, and many didn’t notice that the man beside Lady Gaga was Cooper.
One fan shared a video of Lady Gaga singing during what appears to be a table read. The Poker Face singer is seated on a long table while singing Shallow, one of the tracks of their movie A Star is Born.
Meanwhile, the man beside Lady Gaga is covering his mouth while looking at her. After singing the line, Lady Gaga looks at the man beside her. The people around them clap while the man smiles before giving her a tap on the back, seemingly approving her performance.
“Ok I watched the video and did not realize that was Bradley cooper until I read your tweet,” one commented.
Cooper looked different in the clip because of his long hair and thick beard. He also covers his face with his hand. But he sports the same appearance in the movie.
Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper were romantically linked following their movie. The audience was so convinced of how they portrayed Ally and Jack’s characters that they thought the two fell for each other.
“He look thirsty for gaga!!” one commented.
Meanwhile, others joked that they didn’t recognize the Hangover star because of his appearance.
“cuz he looks like a dirty vagabond,” another wrote with grinning squinting face emoji.
“he look dirty !” Kelsey Mckoy added.
Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper’s performance in A Star is Born was very impressive that the movie won several awards. The singer also won Critics’ Choice Movie Award for Best Actress in 2019. In addition, Lady Gaga bagged the MTV Movie & TV Award for Best Performance in a Movie in the same year.
There were claims that Lady Gaga fell for Cooper when they filmed the movie, and he broke her heart. However, the Bad Romance hitmaker denied it because what was between them was all for the show. She made it clear that there was no real romance between them.
“We did a really good job at fooling everyone. We created that,” Lady Gaga told Oprah.
“I mean, we made a love story. For me, as a performer and as an actress, of course, we wanted people to believe that we were in love. And we wanted people to feel that love at the Oscars.”
