BTS leads the charge on Billboard’s World Albums chart, as is so often the case.
The Bangtan boys are back at the top of the chart, and it is clear that they rule. They are back at the No. 1 spot and have the most space on the list. This week is also notable for one of their most beloved releases, making it a special week for them in many ways.
These are the three titles you should pay attention to this week’s World Albums Chart.
Loona back rocking the list in no 14 with ‘&’
After a year’s absence, Loona, a South Korean girl band, is back on the World Albums Chart. While fans were certainly thrilled to see them returning, their new album starts in a surprisingly low position.
The new EP [&] by the band narrowly makes it onto the list, debuting at No. 14 on the 15-rung list. The project may climb to its No. 4 highest point or even beat it.
BTS doubling the fortune in the chart with ‘Love Yourself: Answer’
BTS’s Love Yourself: Answer, other half-dozen titles on the World Albums chart this week (which only has 15 spaces), improves this frame.
It also marks an important anniversary. The set rises from No. 13 to No. 7, making its way back into the top 10. The title, which completed the Love Yourself series of the septet, has now reached 150 frames.
This project is the second by BTS to reach 150 weeks on the World Albums Chart. It follows Love Yourself: Tear, which was just one frame ahead.
BTS is on top! ‘Map of the Soul: 7’ hailed no 1
Last week, BTS’s immensely popular Map of the Soul: 7 dropped to No. 3, but it rises to No. 1, returning to the top for another round in the sun. This set is already a standout on the World Albums charts.
It has been a huge success and continues to be bought in healthy numbers by fans every week. And, considering that it didn’t have much competition during the quiet period, it’s no surprise it’s back at Number 1.
