With Permission To Dance On Stage Concert, BTS debuted their first online concert of the year.
It’s a wonderful day to be an ARMY member since we’re about to get a bombardment of BTS material.
We’ve seen BTS sworn in as South Korea’s Special Envoys with diplomatic passports and confirmation of the BTS x Coldplay partnership in the past 24 hours.
If that isn’t enough, the worldwide K-pop group has something more planned. Additionally, fans will get the year’s first official online concert and, most likely, a special record.
On September 15, BTS’ company, BigHit Music, stated their upcoming concert, Permission To Dance On Stage.
They revealed that BTS would hold an online and live-streamed concert on Sunday, October 24, at 6:30 p.m. KST (5:30 a.m. ET). Additional specifics, such as ticket prices, will be announced at a later date. And fans are ecstatic.
BTS’s first virtual concert of 2021
One of the benefits of releasing music is that musicians often tour and play songs from their freshly released album at concerts for their fans.

However, many musicians’ tours have been canceled in the aftermath of the worldwide epidemic. Indeed, BTS revealed last month that their Map of the Soul global tour had been canceled.
Their most recent tour was in support of Love Yourself in 2018-2019. They issued three studio albums, two EPs, and one single album but were unable to tour in support of them, leaving fans disappointed.
However, with the launch of Beyond Live and online concerts, BTS has adapted to modern technology by hosting online concerts and performances for its fans.
They reworked their Map of the Soul tour and announced an online performance dubbed Map of the Soul ON: E for October 2020. Then there was the online summer event Muster Sowoozoo, a two-day fan gathering to commemorate the band’s ninth anniversary.
And now, we’re receiving another online performance in support of their newest albums, Permission to Dance and Butter.
Is a special album coming?
While the guys have played Permission to Dance and Butter on television and online many times, this will be their first online performance of the year, which fans are anticipating.
Additionally, ARMY cannot help but note that there was a rumor that a concert would be held in October and a special album would be released in December.
With the concert rumors confirmed, fans are now placing their faith in the source and hoping for a special album before the end of the year.
