BTS is attending this year’s ‘The Fact Music Awards’

Big Hit Entertainment’s finest, BTS, is officially attending The Fact Music Awards this year.

On October 19 (Monday), The Fact Music Awards’ organizing committee officially announced that BTS would appear at its third event, which will be held this December.

The second annual awards

The Fact Music Awards’ organizers previously scheduled BTS to perform for the second annual awards in February.

Due to the COVID-19 preventive measures and pandemic, the organizers were forced to cancel the physical ceremony.

Consistency of BTS

The organizers will hold The Fact Music Awards at Gocheok SkyDome. The guests include BTS, Super Junior, TWICE, MONSTA X, MAMAMOO., Red Velvet, and more K-pop groups.

In March, The Fact Music Awards announced the winners online, with BTS claiming four awards.

Like the previous year, BTS also won a total of four awards. The third annual awards include Daesang (grand prize), Artist of the Year award, Listener’s Choice award, and the TMA Popularity award.

An ONTACT awards show

The third annual The Fact Music Awards scheduled for December will be an ontact show. The organizers thought of a catchphrase where it resembles the meaning of an online and contact-free ceremony.

The organizers determine the winners through a mix of objective data. The data includes album sales, songs’ digital results, and the panel of judges’ analysis.

Additionally, the artists’ scores are from the added fans’ support and participation from Korea and worldwide.

Greater and better K-Pop festival

The representative also commented that there would be a new kind of K-Pop festival, unlike other year-end music awards shows in the past.

Besides strict checks and inspections to ensure a smooth and high-quality concert, they plan different special events for the fans.

Meanwhile, The Fact Music Awards will be announcing the full line-up this year for the performing artists and the official criteria.
