BTS Jimin hailed as the top K-Pop male idol based on brand value rankings for July!
The top 10 K-Pop boy groups are based on brand values compiled from June 17 to July 16, 2021.BTS’s Jimin, 2PM’s Junho, BTS V, ASTRO’s Cha Eun Woo, BTS Jungkook, BTS Jin, Super Junior’s”Heechul, BTS RM, BTS SUGA, and Big Bang’s G-Dragon.
Brand reputation ranking is an index that was created using big data brand analysis. This index is used to analyze and uncover the online habits of consumers and determine what influences brand consumption.
The brand reputation rankings aim to determine the influence of a male Kpop idol, the media interest in the idol, and the level of communication with the idol.
The Korean Brand Research Institute analyzed 92,747.866 big data from June 17 through July 11 concerning 632 male idols to determine their participation index, media, communication, and community index.
The number of pieces of big data increased by 0.79% compared to the 91 756,256 pieces in June 2021.

Rank 1: BTS Jimin
BTS Jimin is the one taking the throne for this month with a brand reputation index score of 5,772,316
Jimin has a participation Index of 1,263,266 and a media Index of 1,148,795 and a community Index of 1,802,504 and a communication index of 1,557,750.
His brand reputation index of 6,416,255 dropped by 10.04%
Rank 2: 2PM Junho
Second place goes 2PM Junho with a brand reputation index score of 4,536 876
Junho has a participation Index of 1,082,924, media index 1,014,975, community index 1,068,242 and communication index of 137.735.
His brand reputation index of 3,743,920 rose by 21.18% in June, compared to his June index of 3,743,920.
Rank 3: BTS V
Member of BTS, V, raked a brand reputation index score of 4,508.340. It was ranked third.
V has a participation Index of 1,065,541, media index of 998,6 and community index at 1,164,164. A communication index is 1,299,650.
His brand reputation index of 4,488,800 rose by 0.61%.
Rank 4: ASTRO Cha Eun Woo
Cha Eun Woo, K-pop’s face genius, achieved a brand reputation index score of 4,354,821, ASTRO is ranked fourth.
Cha Eun Woo has an index of participation of 1,122,903, meduia index 1,006,561, community index 928,537 and communication index 1,296,820.
His brand reputation index rose 36.80% compared to the 3,183,313 he had in June.
Rank 5: BTS Jungkook
The golden maknae of BTS, Jungkook, is the final addition to the top five.
Jungkook’s brand reputation index is 4,157,246. Jungkook has a participation Index of 701,380, an index media of 629,490, a community index of 1894,414, and a communication index of 931,692.
His brand reputation index of 3,621,286 rose to 14.80% in June, compared to his index of 3,621,286 for June.
