Season 10 of Call of Duty: Mobile officially kicks off with the theme “The Hunt.” The overall outlook of the mobile game is now closely similar to its sister game franchise, Warzone.
As previously reported, most of the new content for this season has already been dropped by Call of Duty: Mobile devs beforehand. According to the recent Reddit community update, Activision admits that Season 10 “isn’t quite as massive of in-game update” compared to last season.
Nonetheless, a thrilling trailer was dropped to officially start the season and it does give off a bit of a PUBG vibe. Also, it appears there’s more to the season title, “The Hunt,” that players should watch out for.
Call of Duty: Mobile Season 10 Battle Pass
Activision will maintain the four-operator Battle Pass perk. This time, there’s equal distribution of gender, with two male and female operators are made available.
Another variety of Outrider will be given, this time she’s dressed as “Amazonas.” Meanwhile, Makarov takes in a new look called “Splinter.” Two new characters are introduced: Mara as Valkyrie and Mace as Tombstone.
Mace will be given on Tier 50, Makarov – Splinter on Tier 35, and Outrider – Amazonas on Tier 12. Mara – Valkyrie, on the other hand, is made available on Tier 1.
Furthermore, there’s a new weapon added this season called the Echo. For paid Battle Pass holders, it is claimable at Tier 50 along with Mace.
Aside from the already mentioned, here’s the list of items to grind for paid Battle Pass:
-
GKS – Scion (tier 1)
-
Charm – Black Widow (tier 1)
-
ICR -1 – Bloodline (tier 10)
-
RPD – Carnivorous (tier 20)
-
XPR – Arachnophobia (tier 40)
-
Legendary Calling Card – Fatal Attraction (tier 50)
New mode of play: Hardcore Mode
Furthermore, Call of Duty: Mobile is ramping up its playlist with another mode of play, that wasn’t revealed before the season premier. It is called Harcore Mode.
Accordingly, Activision says this mode is for “players who greatly prefer a mode that is fast, brutal, and rewards accuracy and strategy.”
Basically, it’s a “more realistic Multiplayer experience.” For one, it doesn’t have an auto health recovery—unless equipped from perks and buffs.
There’s no kill cam and players’ health is reduced to 30%.
Other Call of Duty: Mobile news
Meanwhile, based on the game calendar posted, there’s a featured event titled “Hunt for Makarov.” This is penned in sometime in mind-September. As many CoD fans might already know, Makarov is a known villain for this game franchise.
