Upcoming Activision title Call of Duty: Vanguard has shared multiple details regarding its multiplayer content before the beta.
As the beta phase begins this Friday, players can now look at what to expect from Call of Duty: Vanguard multiplayer mode.
‘Call of Duty: Vanguard’ multiplayer: What to expect?
Activision just released a video showcasing the confirmed maps and modes in the multiplayer category.
The video elaborates more about all the stuff in the Call of Duty: Vanguard multiplayer.
As you can see above, the maps will give all the World War 2 theater vibes. From the Pacific to Russia, there are a total of twenty maps.
Sixteen maps are under multiplayer, including team deathmatch. Also, there is a new mode called Patrol. Under this, you need to capture the hardpoint continuously across the map that moves periodically.
Moreover, players can set the maps in the mode of their choice: Tactical, Assault, and Blitz. They will affect the engagement speed (slow, medium, and fast).
The other remaining four maps basically focus on Champion Hill. It made its debut during the Vanguard Alpha.
In Champion Hill mode, eight teams comprising two or three players compete with each other across four maps. The objective is straightforward: stay till the end and, in this process, eliminate the opposing teams.
Apart from the gaming modes, the fire system will also return in Call of Duty: Vanguard. It allows the player to fire over or around a cover comfortably.
Furthermore, fans will also witness new clans of the upcoming title, a gunsmith mode, and create-a-class. The latter is an addition to the formidable characters, the main ones, revealed in the newest entry’s first trailer.
Upcoming new games of 2021
Apart from Activision’s installment in the beloved first-person shooter series, 2021 will also offer many other fresh releases.
Speaking of the most-awaited games coming in the remaining months of this calendar, they are Halo Infinite, Stray, and Dying Light 2.
New World, Deathloop, Back 4 Blood, Little Devil Inside, Riders Republic, and Life is Strange: True Colors are also on the list.
EA and DICE’s Battlefield 2042 will also make their way next month. It’s the next huge entry in the iconic action franchise. Like Call of Duty Vanguard, it will focus more on the multiplayer aspect instead of a single-player campaign.
Talking about Vanguard, again, then it will release worldwide on November 5. In terms of availability, players will get it on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
