Chris Evans joined the cast list of the upcoming spy thriller film The Gray Man. But the process of building the stunts brings danger at the same time.
Chris Evans will lead the movie version of The Gray Man with Ryan Gosling. The film follows the plot of 2009 Mark Greaney’s novel of the same name. The whole movie will rotate on the life stories of a freelance assassin and former CIA operative as he tries to hide from a former colleague.
According to Deadline, the team and directors Joe and Anthony Russo reserved $200 million for the budget of the project.
With the whopping amount of money, people safely expect it to be an action-filled movie. Meanwhile, the recent update of Evans spoke a lot about the film’s difficulty.
Chris Evans sustains bruise
“It’s like watching the leaves turn in autumn, but condensed into one painful afternoon. (Got into a little tussle with the Gray Man),” he captioned the post.
Meanwhile, his fans showered him with kind messages, with others joking around.
One fan said, “Ouch! But also I CANNOT WAIT FOR THIS MOVIE but again ouch.”
Another one wrote, “I bet there will so many nurses as volunteers.”
“WHO DARES HARM THIS HUMAN MASTERPIECE!” another one exclaimed.
Evans is no longer a stranger to this type of internet content though. Last year, he accidentally shared an NSFW photo of his manhood. During an appearance on The Tamron Hall Show, the Avengers: Endgame actor referred to the incident as one of his teachable moments.
The pain is worth it!
Despite the unforeseen accidents, Evans and the whole The Gray Man team prepared the best for their fans.
In July, Anthony revealed that the movie will show two different versions of the CIA.
“For those who were fans of Captain America: Winter Soldier, this is us moving into that territory in more of a real-world setting,” he continued. “That’s what this movie really means for us.”
Meanwhile, Joe expressed how dreamy it feels like to work with Gosling and Evans for a competitive movie. In addition, they currently work with Netflix as they almost went back 20 years with Scott Stuber.
They refused to reveal the possible release date of The Gray Man. But the Russo Brothers confirmed that the film will be available on Netflix.
