Chris Martin and Dakota Johnson are, allegedly, stressing over their wedding plans. After all, Gwyneth Paltrow is, allegedly, pushing them to tie the knot.
According to Heat UK, Gwyneth Paltrow wants Martin to know that she’s supportive of his relationship with Johnson. However, it seems that the actress is overstepping her boundaries.
Gwyneth Paltrow allegedly wants to officiate Chris, Dakota’s wedding
An unnamed source told the tabloid that Paltrow doesn’t just want to organize Martin and Johnson’s wedding; the actress also wants to officiate the ceremony.
“Gwyneth offered to organize the whole thing for them, let them have it at her home, and call in a ton of favors to make it the perfect day. But Chris and Dakota think it could be really awkward. They’re too scared to tell her it might be a good idea if she doesn’t come at all just like Chris didn’t attend her and Brad Falchuk’s wedding,” the source said.
Chris Martin, Dakota Johnson doesn’t want Gwyneth at their nuptials
Martin and Johnson have, allegedly, been thinking of ways how to make sure that Paltrow won’t get involved in their wedding. But this is, allegedly, proving to be harder than what they initially thought.
“Gwyneth won’t give up without a fight. Even if it means surprising them with a wedding party or a last-minute bridal shower for Dakota, she has vowed to be involved in their day,” the source said.
Gwyneth Paltrow, Chris Martin ‘consciously uncoupling’
It seems that the tabloid’s dubious claims about Gwyneth Paltrow have to do with her wonderful relationship with Martin and Johnson. The tabloid is seemingly trying to concoct stories about Paltrow sine she is still close to Martin and Johnson.
Following their split a few years ago, Paltrow and Martin made headlines after they released a statement announcing their separation.
“We have always conducted our relationship privately, and we hope that as we consciously uncouple and co-parent, we will be able to continue in the same manner,” the 2016 statement read.
Years later, Paltrow explained her decision to use the term “consciously uncoupling” instead of just using the term divorcing.
I think at the time I was in a lot of pain. It felt like such a failure to me. It was so hard and I was so worried about my kids. It felt like a layer of the world turning on us about saying, ‘We just want to be nice to each other and stay a family.’ It was brutal. I already felt like I had no skin on,” Gwyneth Paltrow said on Armchair Expert.
