Despite a 37 percent drop in overall sales, Codemasters’ F1 2021 has claimed the number one position on the UK boxed sales chart.
F1 2021 managed to beat several rivals in the UK sales chart for the week ending July 24.
‘F1 2021’ becomes the best-selling title in the UK
Although it missed out from being the top-selling game last week, this time, F1 2021 eventually claimed it.
When it comes to other climbers, then two Insomniac games witnessed a big boost in their rankings.
Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart increased 288 percent, and Spider-Man: Miles Morales also jumped 242 percent. While the former is now on number three, the latter is sitting at number six.
Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is out of the top ten, but it managed to come up, being at number twelve spot. COD: Black Ops Cold War and Resident Evil Village are in the 17th and 19th positions.
Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order also saw a big spike of nearly 256 percent. It’s now back to the eleventh spot.
Nintendo Switch’s popular title Mario Kart 8: Deluxe witnessed a drop of one position as it’s now at the fifth rank.

More new games in 2021
Meanwhile, some new releases lined up for the remaining second half of the year. And gaming lovers are waiting for them, very curiously.
The most awaited blockbusters, there will be titles like Halo Infinite, Deathloop, and Stray.
New World, Dying Light 2, the next big Call of Duty, Humankind, Battlefield 2042, and Kena: Bridge of Spirits are also on the list.
The vast list expands even further with heavyweights such as Horizon Forbidden West, The Ascent, and GhostWire: Tokyo.
Cyber Shadow, Little Devil Inside, Far Cry 6, No More Heroes 3, Shadow Warrior 3, and Glitchpunk are other important launches.
Just recently announced and ambitious projects like Etched Memories and The Day Before are set to debut soon.
Coming back to F1 2021, again, then it’s available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
