Cross Gene’s Shin Won Ho announced that he had enlisted in the mandatory military service.
On November 18, a source from Amuse Entertainment revealed that Shin Won Ho is working as a public service worker since October 19.
To enlist quietly
Since all the Korean men have to serve in the military, Won Ho enlisted himself privately and without any special procedures. He did it to grant his desire to enlist quietly.
On the same day, Shin Won Ho posted a handwritten letter for his fans on his official Instagram account. In the post, he revealed that he enlisted in the military.
The post expressed gratitude to CandY (fans club of Cross Gene) for loving and supporting him. He felt ashamed because he has to spend time without meeting everyone.
Vivid memories
Won Ho stated that he is so happy because he has been with everyone since 2012. His memories since he had his debut are still as vivid as the memories from yesterday.
Even though he will be apart for a long time, he will keep on waiting for the day to meet again with his fans and spend each day smiling.

Lastly, in his post, he pleaded with everyone to please wait for the day where he will be returning. He has videos and music on the internet where they can watch it, and time will be flying by like a blink of an eye.
Moreover, Shin Won Ho joined the entertainment industry last 2011 through a commercial. After some time, he debuted as the leader of the boy group Cross Gene.
He also appeared in several hit dramas such as 20th Century Boy and Girl, The Legend of the Blue Sea, Hip Hop King, and more.
