Cyberpunk 2077 is officially launching next month, and players are already excited to get their hands on the upcoming title. The Night City Wire streams are helping players understand more of the game, and there was a new one just recently.
As always, CD Projekt Red’s Nighty City Wire stream once again focused on a ton of new details for the upcoming title. On the recent Night City Wire stream, we got to see more of the vehicles in Cyberpunk 2077. We also got to see some street fashion and more of Keanu Reeves.
Rolling in style
A majority of the game will see players traversing Night City on foot. However, there are many vehicles that can be ridden and stolen. These will help players easily get around the map. These can be used for combat as well, so it can be used to the player’s advantage.
As per the developers, each of the vehicles in the game will feel different when controlled. Basically, more advanced cars will be easier to control. At the same time, cars that are found outside the city will perform much poorer. There are also races in the upcoming game, but there will be some form of fighting during these.
Keanu Reeves’ Johnny Silverhand also made an appearance during the stream. He announced that Arch motorcycles would be part of the game somehow. In the real world, Reeves is the founder of Arch. When he was approached for the role, the developers asked if they could add the company’s rides to Cyberpunk 2077.
Fashion
Aside from the vehicles, CD Projekt Red also detailed some of the fashion options coming to the game. In the game, players can equip items that change and upgrade their stats effectively. Fashion options are a different thing as these affect how NPCs view the player.
There are four types of fashion in the game. Each of the pieces is related to the player’s status in Night City. Oddly enough, players won’t be able to see their outfits most of the time as the game is an FPS.
Cyberpunk 2077 launches on Nov. 17 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. A lot of players are excited about this title and are hoping that it lives up to the promise. We only have a few more weeks to wait and see if the developers still have their charm like they did in The Witcher 3.
