Fans now know which Pokemon are returning to the Crown Tundra DLC. The information was data mined from the recent Isle of Armor expansion.
The first Pokemon Sword and Shield DLC, Isle of Armor, has featured new and returning Pokemon characters to be added to the gamers collection. Now, a new data mine reveals that the upcoming Crown Tundra DLC will even add more Pokemon to the game.
Most of the rumored returning monsters are Legendary Pokemon characters currently not available in the game’s main campaign.
Twitter user SciresM reveals that the Crown Tundra DLC will be divided into chapters. Each chapter will center on a specific Mythical or Legendary Pokemon.
Returning Pokemon
If the data mine is true, then Sword and Shield players can expect to clash with the new Galarian Legendary Birds, the Regis Pokemon family, Pokemon Sun and Moon’s Ultra Beasts and the Swords of Justice trio.
The data mine also reveals that there will be three chapters for the DLC. The first is called “A Legendary Three for a Legendary Tree,” which will feature the Galarian forms of the original Legendary Birds.
Another chapter is labeled as “The Sacred Bonds of Sovereign and Steed.” It featured the Swords of Justice. In addition, there will also be a chapter called “They Came from the Ultra Beyond,” which will introduce the Ultra Beasts from the Sun and Moon.
Additionally, “The Terrible Titans Lurking Locked Away” will focus on the story of the Regis Pokemon family.

More Pokemon coming
There have been speculations that the Crown Tundra DLC will focus on Legendary Pokemon. However, this is the first clue as to which specific Pokemon are returning to the game.
It is also possible that more Mythical and Legendary Pokemon will be added besides the ones that were already revealed in the data mine. However, fans can only wait until the release of the DLC.
Other confirmed additions
In addition to the old Pokemon returning to the Crown Tundra expansion, the DLC will also introduce several new Legendary Pokemon to the game. The new Pokemon confirmed to make their debut in the DLC are Calyrex, Reieleki, Regidrago, and the Galarian forms of the three Legendary Birds from the first Pokemon game.
The Crown Tundra DLC will also feature the new Gigantamax forms of Venusaur and Blastoise. The developers may add in a few Gigantamax Pokemon, but that remains to be seen.
