Bend Studio will soon release the much-awaited PC version for Days Gone next week. And it recently revealed key details for the players.

Well, the Days Gone PC variant won’t have the ray tracing functionality. But it will have a photo mode to capture high-quality pictures during the gameplay.

The original title was released two years ago for PlayStation 4.

These are the minimum requirements, by the way, for Days Gone running on PC properly.

And a 16GB RAM, with Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 (6GB) or AMD Radeon RX 580 (8 GB) graphics card, is necessary.

As far as the features are concerned, Days Gone PC won’t have the now-famous ray tracing functionality. Plus, there won’t be DLSS support either.

Will there be a sequel?

Apart from the highly anticipated PC game, many fans are still hoping for a second installment to the Bend Studio title.

In April, there were several rumors regarding a future sequel.

Furthermore, last month also saw director Jeff Ross talking about his thoughts on part two. But it was more or less a tease rather than a confirmation.

“Never say never to anything; it’s just …maybe not right now.”

Interestingly, this response from him came after Sony refused to greenlit a second installment.

However, there are still some die-hard gamers who are expecting good news on this front.

But it will depend solely on Sony if it wants to go ahead with a sequel or not in the future.

Days Gone PC is arriving next Tuesday on May 18th, 2021.
