Demi Lovato and Max Ehrich split after a two-month engagement, and one outlet claimed that she was planning a star-studded wedding.
Demi Lovato and Max Ehrich were supposed to tie the knot, but that’s no longer happening. A few days ago, they parted ways. But one outlet claimed that the Skyscraper singer was already planning for her big day and wanted several celebrities in the entourage.
Demi Lovato allegedly planned a star-studded wedding
OK! published a report claiming that Demi Lovato was planning a spring wedding. Aside from that, she was reportedly planning to get Ariana Grande as her maid of honor and Sam Smith as the reception serenader.
However, some celebrities will also not be there. One insider claimed her ex-bestie Selena Gomez won’t be invited because the bride-to-be “wants her day to have only positive vibes.”
The article concluded that she might be rushing it, but she just said, “it feels right.” Apparently, she changed her mind because they just separated.
Gossip Cop debunked the report because, apparently, there is no wedding. Lovato and Ehrich just split.

Lovato defended Ehrich from fake tweets about Selena
Just days before their split, Demi Lovato addressed the various rumors about her ex-fiance’s alleged thirst tweets about Selena Gomez. Several screenshots of Ehrich’s tweets years ago showing interest in Lovato’s ex-BFF.
In a post on her Instagram Story, Lovato called the images fake to put women against each other. She added that if there is a conflict between women, it’s between them.
Lovato and Gomez used to be best friends. But in an interview last April, Lovato said she’s not friends with the Boyfriend singer. Many were surprised because Gomez just shared a warm message for her earlier this year.
She continued by encouraging the netizens to focus on more important issues, including Breonna Taylor’s death in March. She admitted that she is also not comfortable with what’s happening in the world, but it is something that has to be acknowledged.
“Yes, it’s easier to tear apart celebrities and their relationships because 2020 sucks and scares the s–t out of us all but it’s only gonna stay terrifying until we address it all and WORK ON SOLUTIONS TOGETHER,” she concluded.

Max’s alleged thirst tweets
Several netizens were shocked when photos of Max Ehrich’s alleged tweets years ago resurfaced.
“Hahaha selena gomez and demi are cute togueter [sic] but boy if you think demi is prettier… you’re WRONG!” one message in 2010 read.
“I’m going to marry @selenagomez,” another message dated August 2018 read.
Ehrich’s alleged tweets, which Lovato said were fake, disappointed many. Some wanted Lovato to break up with him. Meanwhile, others remain supportive of her choice, especially that they just got engaged.
In the end, Lovato broke up with Ehrich. According to him, he was not aware that their engagement was over because the singer didn’t talk with him. He just learned about their split on tabloids, Fox News reported.
