The securities of Australian Cryptocurrency and Blockchain company DigitalX Limited (ASX:DCC) have been suspended from quotation immediately, at the request of the Company.
The suspension of DigitalX shares is pending the release of an announcement regarding the company’s new funds management business.
The company anticipates that the voluntary suspension will remain in place until it makes an announcement to the market in relation to the new funds management business – expected to be on or before the market opens on Friday 6 April 2018.
DCC investors were hoping for details on the new venture today.
On Thursday (29/3/18) DCC was granted a trading halt by the ASX. Then, the company indicated it would make an announcement on the crypto funds management business by today.
DigitalX shares have fallen around 50% this year, largely due to the global plunge in cryptocurrency prices.
