Community compares Tornado Cash controversy and how Do Kwon is handling Terra crash
Podcaster Eric Conner in a tweet, likened Kwon’s position to that of the Tornado Cash creator who was arrested. He asserts that Kwon defrauded billions of dollars and is still “partying,” while Tornado Cash developers wrote some coding for privacy and are now “fearing for their lives.”
Do Kwon legit scammed retail out of billions and is partying it up tonight.

Cory Klippsten, a Bitcoin (BTC) advocate, also chimed in. Klippsten urged anyone who suffered losses in the Terra collapse to file a lawsuit against Kwon.
FatManTerra also commented on Kwon’s interview. The interview, according to the researcher, was a “nothingburger.” FatManTerra stated that the Terra CEO lied about many things in the interview and attempted to convey fraud in a way that avoided being implicated but failed.
While the most recent Do Kwon interview has received a lot of criticism. Some continue to promote LUNA 2 and think Kwon is innocent. A Twitter user said that the Terra CEO did not change the name of his daughter and is instead developing a “better LUNA.”
Under ongoing inspection
Employees of Terraform Labs were prohibited from leaving South Korea in June. Kwon is already in Singapore, though, so the authorities might consider revoking his passport to start a thorough investigation into him.
South Korean authorities took action against those linked to the Terra collapse in July. Prosecutors searched 15 companies, including Coinone, Upbit, Bithumb, Gopax, and Korbit. The move was enacted in response to the numerous legal complaints lodged against the company following the stablecoin disaster.
